2025年3月5日，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李強(qiáng)在政府工作報(bào)告中提出，今年發(fā)展主要預(yù)期目標(biāo)是：國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)5%左右；城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率5.5%左右，城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)1200萬(wàn)人以上；居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格漲幅2%左右。
China targets an economic growth rate of around 5 percent in 2025, according to the government work report delivered by Premier Li Qiang on March 5, 2025. The report also outlines an array of other key development goals for this year, including a surveyed urban unemployment rate of around 5.5 percent, over 12 million new urban jobs, and an around 2 percent increase in the consumer price index.

政府工作報(bào)告指出，提出上述預(yù)期目標(biāo)，綜合考慮了國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)和各方面因素，兼顧了需要與可能。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)預(yù)期目標(biāo)為5%左右，既是穩(wěn)就業(yè)、防風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、惠民生的需要，也有經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)潛力和有利條件支撐，并與中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展目標(biāo)相銜接，突出迎難而上、奮發(fā)有為的鮮明導(dǎo)向。城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率5.5%左右，體現(xiàn)了在就業(yè)總量和結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾更加突出背景下，加大穩(wěn)就業(yè)力度的要求。居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格漲幅2%左右，目的在于通過(guò)各項(xiàng)政策和改革共同作用，改善供求關(guān)系，使價(jià)格總水平處在合理區(qū)間。實(shí)現(xiàn)這些目標(biāo)很不容易，必須付出艱苦努力。

2025年，我們將全面完成“十四五”規(guī)劃。要實(shí)施更加積極有為的政策，聚精會(huì)神抓好高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，推動(dòng)高水平科技自立自強(qiáng)，保持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展良好勢(shì)頭。當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行面臨一些新情況，有外部環(huán)境不確定性的挑戰(zhàn)，有新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換的壓力，但這些經(jīng)過(guò)努力是可以克服的。我們從來(lái)都是在風(fēng)雨洗禮中成長(zhǎng)、在歷經(jīng)考驗(yàn)中壯大，大家要充滿信心。
In 2025, we will fully complete the 14th Five-Year Plan. We will implement more proactive and effective policies, pursue high-quality development as a top priority, promote greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology, and maintain sound momentum in economic and social development. The Chinese economy now faces some new conditions, including challenges of uncertainties in the external environment and pressure of transformation from old growth drivers into new ones. But we can prevail with our hard work. As always, we grow in the wind and rain, and we get stronger through hard times. We must be confident.
